Enjoying someone else is good fortune.
Isn’t it great that we can enjoy someone else’s good fortune? Like the products, we use great food feats in sports, or just being with someone when things are going their way can be fun too. Life has many ways to enjoy it all.
Life doesn’t change
I know what it’s like living with my ups and downs, could it be any different for anyone else? No, it’s the same, even for my famous contemporaries. What about famous people in history? No, I don’t think it was any different for them either. We all face the same day to day challenges. It makes you appreciate those that have made it before us. Since we all balance out, it works out the same for me as my famous contemporaries as well as those who made it historically. As I see it having a job a car food on the table, my health, and the health of my family. I’m doing just fine as well as anyone if I’m willing to believe in my work.
Trying to win all the time it doesn’t work.
A perfectionist can’t accept reality in life. They will have a hard time believing that life balances out between the positives and negatives in life. They want to win all the time; it is just not possible. Having a winner take all attitude will bring a lot of stress into the lives of those who believe in this way of living.
Arguments.
Very few things are perfect; take a look at a disagreement; the more you look at the other person’s perspective, the more you realize that nobody is completely right or completely wrong. To expect perfection in a disagreement is like deceiving yourself about its outcome. That is why compromise is so important. Violence here is not perfect, either. Sure one party can beat up on another, but here both parties suffer setbacks. Compromising is a win-win situation compared to fighting, which is a lose-lose situation. For every action, there is an equal reaction. With compromise, sometimes you get more, and sometimes you get less, it will all balance out. The more you practice negotiating, the better you will be.
When luck comes your way, nothing can stop it from happening.
Let me explain how luck works. At 15 years old or so when a friend and I decided to play basketball at the schoolyard. The snow on the court was done away with, but the residue of the snow remained. After a little while, my hands got frozen, playing basketball under those conditions. All of a sudden I got hot luck wise I couldn’t miss it; if the ball slipped out of my hands, it went in the basket, which happened it was fun. So now you should have a feel for what luck is all about
The perfect balance.
I am perfect because I’m balancing out just like everything else in the universe does. The universe balances out and is perfect, which makes us perfect.
Our legacy.
The legacy of the human race points towards the wars we fought and how well we trade with each other. War and trade sure look like the positives and negatives of life where trade is positive and wars are negative.
